How long does it take to build a modular home?
The time required to build a new home can vary from site to site depending on weather, site access, site conditions, and other factors. However, as a general rule of thumb, you can expect to be in your new home in about 5 months.

What about energy efficiency?
The building systems we put in place work together to create a home living space that provides fresh air, evens temperatures and makes time spent in your home comfortable and enjoyable. A home from Evolo Home Center will feature a heat recovery ventilator; LoE glazing and Argon filled windows heating systems designed to maintain an inside temperature of 72F degrees with -28F degrees outside temperature; a continuous 6-mil vapor barrier to eliminate drafts; and insulation values of R25 wall insulation and R40 in the roof. Can Evolo Home Center build modular homes year around?
Yes, unlike traditional site building, modular homes are built year around. A modest amount of planning does need to be done before winter in order to install a foundation prior to ground freeze.

Does Evolo Home Center provide turn key home building service?
Yes, Evolo Home Center does provide a turn key home building service. This means we can take care of all the details associated with site preparation, foundation installation, well and septic installation, garage building, electrical, plumbing, heating and landscaping.

What about custom designs?
Custom designs are a large part of our business at Evolo Home Center. We team with our customers to design each home, then we work with the factory where your home is custom built, using advanced building techniques, to your specifications.

Does Evolo Home Center build garages and/or porches?
Yes, garages and/or porches of any size are built on site after your home has been set in place.

What type of heating options do I have?
Our homes come standard with baseboard hot water heating. Forced hot air, electric heat, and radiant floor heating are available.

What kind of furnace can I use?
Oil, wood and gas (hot water or hot air) are commonly used as a heating source.

Can I have a fireplace?
Yes, we offer many choices when it comes to fireplaces. Gas & wood burning insert fireplaces are available as well as traditional brick & stone fireplaces and chimneys.

Can I have central air conditioning in my home from Evolo home Center?
Yes, accommodations can be made for central air conditioning.

Where can I find land?
Evolo Home Center offers land/home packages. We also work with a network of real-estate agents and subdivision owners.
