Evolo Home Center, LLC, Maine Modular New Home Construction, was founded in 2005 when owners John & Kate decided to return to their home-state of Maine. Since then John B, Brian, Doug, Randy, Tom & Alice, and many other construction partners, have joined the team along with Newfoundland dog Griffin and the newest addition – baby Maeve.
Residential New Construction:
Evolo Home Center, LLC is a residential contractor that chooses modular construction to complete most of its projects. As a licensed modular home dealer, Evolo Home Center, LLC takes advantage of advanced construction techniques to consistently deliver exquisitely detailed homes and well thought out plans on time and on budget. Evolo can complete modular projects with site built features, such as garages and porches, too!
General Contracting:
Evolo Home Center, LLC offers the service of acting as a general contractor for clients during the construction process. This means Evolo will handle all contracting from lot clearing and driveway installation through heating and landscaping. Our network of professional and experienced contractors know our homes and therefore can work efficiently to save our homeowners time and money.

Who are we?
John R., who can be found on-site daily managing construction projects and their implementation, holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. John’s design expertise combined with his construction experience makes him an asset to any construction project. John is also a NABCEP certified Solar PV installer.
John B. is an experienced businessperson who holds a BA from the University of Maine. John works daily with our crews on-site helping to ensure that our homes are built to the highest standard. John has developed his reputation based on hard work, integrity and a can-do problem solving approach.
Kate, who works with homeowners to design and budget their new home, holds a degree in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from University of Hartford. She works closely with homeowners and factory counterparts to ensure that our homes are designed to exceed expectations and meet budget & schedule. Kate works most days at their office on the Moosehead Trial (rte 7) in Newport, Maine.
Brian F., is the site construction leader. Brian has a BA from the University of Maine. You will see Brian most days at the Evolo job site, coordinating the crew, subcontractors and the like. Friendly and happy to share his knowledge with customers, he works to ensure your home is completed to the highest standard.
